Adoption of a CRM system: "Classical" and "on the fly" implementation compared

CRM projects often test the limits of resilience
The adoption of a CRM system often leads small and medium-sized enterprises in particular to the limits of their own resilience. Prior to CRM implementation, workflows and processes are meticulously mapped over an extended time period; after the system is implemented, however, these are no longer relevant because the procedures have changed. Often economic considerations then militate against the adoption or adaptation of a system because it involves large expenditures for application development.

"On the fly" integration method
On the basis of the experience described above, ERM GmbH developed a method enabling small and medium-sized enterprises to adopt a CRM system that can be integrated "on the fly" without any great adaptation effort. For that purpose the market offers a large selection of so-called standard CRM systems which thanks to extensive functions usually meet the bulk of all company requirements. With the functions covered by the standard CRM system adaptations can be implemented very flexibly and without any profound programming outlay.

High level of satisfaction and rapid success
Those of our customers who opted for this "on the fly implementation" were able to achieve their desired results much more quickly and purposefully. We have used on the fly implementation for the bulk of our reference customers with great success and to their great satisfaction.
